Supertaste is a is a tasting ability where specific people have increased tasting sensitivity. It was discovered when everybody thought sugar was a sweet supstance, and others though it had a very bitter aftertaste. Supertasters dislike strong tasting foods and drinks, and tend not to like Sugars and fats. Supertasters do enjoy bitter foods. What i learned about taste throughout this article was that taste is a very unique sense and having increased abilities for taste isn't always the best thing.

Supertaste is the ability where people have a higher sense of taste than other people. It was discovered by Linda Bartoshuk at Yale University. Supertasters reject strong tasting foods, and prefer to stay away from fats and sugars. Taste is an emotional content, people associate taste with good or bad experiences.

Supertaste is when a person can taste something way stronger than others. It was discovered by Linda Bartoshuk. Linda studied saccharin 15 years ago. People with supertaste are sensitive to bitter tastes and they enjoy the bitterness. They hate strong tasting things but like subtle bitter tasting things. I learned that some people taste things wayyy differently than i do and also that people connect tastes back to their past.

Supertaste is when someone has a higher ability to sense taste compared to an average taste. It was discovered by Linda Bartoshuk, of Yale University while studying saccharin 15 years ago. Supertasters tend to not like strong flavored foods and drinks, such as coffee and rich cake. And they do like bitter, less strong tasting things.I learned that not everyone tastes the same, and others have a more sensitive feeling towards certain foods.Taste is also connected to emotions.

They tend to like foods with neither fats or sugars, and dislike strong flavored foods. I learned that this has both positive and negative effects on peoples health who do have supertaste. People with this tend to have a lower cholesterol, which means they are less at risk to have heart disease. But these people tend to not eat enough bitter tasting vegetables which are believed to reduce the risk of cancers.
