I wish that I could teach Web Design all day long.  I really enjoy HTML and CSS because I enjoy finding the "needle in the haystack."  It's not unlike programming in that there's always a problem to solve. I tore my ACL which stops me from doing any sports for the next 9 months (as of May). I also do a lot of traveling with my family. Most recently, we have gone to Europe and went to many different places that are well known.
I have also moved many times. I was born in MS, lived in PA for 7 years, then moved to Las Vegas for 3 years, and then moved to Reno for my brother to go to the Davidson Academy. We have lived here for 5 years.

The reasoning for me to take this class is so that I can learn and understand a different coding language. I put in some quotes from Harry Potter and Star Wars that inspire me because they are true and those books make me lose my mind in a good way. I LOVE READING SO MUCH!!!! I am really into sports, particularly soccer. I have been playing since i was 4 years old and i'm still playing. i broke every bone in my body from playing soccer, mostly because i am clumsy. I actually had a cast on my foot for 2 years because my doctor messed up my x-ray 3 times so my foot got worse and it took longer to heal. My favorite soccer team is Mexico and favorite player is Neymar who plays on FCB. I love my family and always  support them for everything. I don't want to waste any time i have with them because i wont always have that.

I have to admit, i was not good with tech and i didn't like it at first, but i see all these people doing incredible things on computers and i wanna try. I took web design because technology really interests me now and i want to learn more about it. Sports, talking and relaxing are big parts of my life that I take almost everyday.  I range everyday from playing tennis to playing bridge (a card game) to talking with friends to simply slouching on a couch watching television.  I've been playing tennis basically my whole life.  It was pretty much the only sport that I really ever played.  Bridge is my favorite card game, partially based on the fact that its the only card game I play.  I went to nationals in Washington D.C. and came in first in East/West pairs.  I like to eat as well, but not the most selective person of food in terms of healthiest.  Family is also a big factor in my life; however, technical difficulties prevented me from putting it on  my slideshow.   I chose this class so that I will have the essential skills to advance to the marketing program next year since I want to a business man in the future.]]> 2016-08-10 16:36:42 UTC https://padlet.com/tscichilone/rhpweb1/wish/117909835 https://padlet.com/tscichilone/rhpweb1/wish/117909995 I'm taking Web Design because I want to be more familiar with HTML and various programming languages. They are always there for me in my time of need, and are ever-lasting best friends of mine. They encourage me to do many things like sports and different clubs. 
Sports mean a lot to me because that is one of the careers I want to focus on in my later years. I've played many sports including basketball, baseball, soccer, track, lacrosse, rugby, and I'm learning to play tennis. 
I recently moved here from Colorado, so seeing Tahoe was amazing. We didn't have lakes any where near the size and beauty of Tahoe. I go there every weekend with my family and our family-friends. There is always a new adventure to find every time I go to Tahoe.
My dogs, Sage and Kona are my love and my life. They are the best dogs ever. Sage is a German Shepherd, and Kona is a Chocolate Lab. They give me a laugh every time I see them. 
When I grow up, after my sports career, I want to be an architectural designer. It has fascinated me from the very start. 

Why am I taking web design?

I am taking web design because in the future I want to be an architectural designer. and I believe that this class gets me one step closer to have the knowledge  and experience I need.
