         <description><![CDATA[<div>I know that each note on the staff is a different pitch, the higher the note is the higher the sound, and the lower the staff the lower the note. And depending on how the note looks it could be a rest, half-note, quarter-note, etc. There are 3/4 and 4/4 measures. </div>]]></description>

         <title>there are many different musical symbols including sixteenth notes(1/4 beat) eighth notes(1/2 beat) quarter notes(1 beat) half notes(2 beats) and whole notes(4 beats) these can be increased by half of their length by putting a dot next to it.  you can put a slur above 2 or more different notes to make them all flow together without stopping in between the notes.  there are also ties that tie 2 of the same note and add them together.  </title>
