         <description><![CDATA[<div>Plans are important. But rigid plans don't always work.&nbsp;<br><br>Does that mean that we choose an objective? And then figure out how to achieve it at the end of the process. Or is that just linear thinking? Is there a role for monitoring outputs? Is it important?&nbsp;<br><br>TRUST is also important to let go of the "rigid control." If we don't have TRUST, then it is hard to give up rigid planning (principal-agent problem?).&nbsp;<br><br>Does evaluation promote change? Or is it a delaying/conservative factor?&nbsp;</div><ul><li>"Fear of evaluation" may lead to more rigid planning. </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
