I liked reading about PLCs and data in your prezi. One of my biggest takeaways throughout the course was alignment. Through PLCs, that's how we ensure as leaders alignment is happening.

Phillip- FANTASTIC as always. I have to say that I am so happy that you used your voice to explain your thoughts and ideas. It really adds to the presentation when you can hear/ feel the personality behind it. You are going to make an excellent leader who supports staff, listens well, and most importantly - ensures that students needs are being met. Things I loved were the idea of protecting teacher time but also ensuring collaborative time since my "guests" talked a lot about that and I feel that it is so important to respect, and I loved that you stated that data needs to be looked at from multiple angles. So many places look at it for purely test scores and it is so much more- especially when it serves as student self- reflection. GREAT JOB! -KT

I enjoyed watching the videos you embedded in your website. Watching the PLC video really helped me since I am currently not working in a school.
