Kirkland Signature - Granola Bar Package: I didn't find a specific answer from the Kirkland brand, however I did more general research on what materials most granola bar packages have. The packaging is made of polypropylene (a thin and flimsy plastic), and aluminum inside to preserve the bar. As for the coating, it is very glossy, and usually food packaging has aqueous coating as it is more food-safe than UV coating (which has more chemicals on it).

Glossy and metallic finish in vinyl

Dove's original deodorant is packaged in a plastic container with a high gloss finish.
