And that this higher power is all around him, but it can become chaotic. He takes back his mind and gets ride of all the bad thought. He puts his trust in this higher power and believes it will help him. Although there is a few parts the indicate he almost lost his battle and considered suicide. He wants others to think about the lyrics rather then just going with the beat.
