In the movie the spirit of the past visited Ebenezer and took him to his past life. When he was a boy, he was always alone. His father didn't love him and left Ebenezer alone in the school on holidays. He had a small sister and he loved her very much. Then he got older and found a job. He had lots of friends then. At a party he met a girl and they fell in love. But then he became richer and loved money more than he loved her so she left him.

Our favourite character was the spirit of the past because he moves in a strange way. He is very funny.

We also liked the girl because she was very pretty.
