My family has always traveled by truck and I get carsick every year. I always take a pill to not get carsick but it still does not help me. I tend to get headaches, throw up, and pain in my body. I take a neck pillow but still my neck tends to hurt.

My family tends to like to bring a lot of things they will need when being away from home and can take a lot of the space in the car. I can not move around when I am trying to sleep. I have to stay in place sitting for some periods of hours till I arrive at my destination.

At first I get very excited because I have my phone to use and listen to music but when it comes to five hours passed, I feel like I am dying. I have watched everything on my phone and listened to every possible song that I can think of. Looking outside can be cool at some parts but then there are parts that it is all desert.
