It is very important not just in our personal lives, but also in our workplaces. Where there is no ethics in company, no one can correct one another when they are wrong, no one can be held responsible for misbehavior, knowing what is right and wrong, and treating people fairly, without ethics, you can not succeed in life. Ethics also plays an important role in the growth of a company. The way employees behave creates an image of the company in front of customers and suppliers. It also aims to build a more secure working atmosphere within the company for all workers, improving staff morale and efficiency because all employees feel comfortable at work. I agree that going forward all companies should have to abide by a strong code of ethics, because individuals from all over the world work in the same organisations, having their own personal values and beliefs that may have an impact on businesses. Any unethical behavior can put the company at risk for legal action and constantly fall into legal issues that could cause any big business to fail.
