I can strengthen my spiritual immune system by tightening my bond with God. Through God, we can strengthen not only our immune system, but our spiritual identity. Just by talking to Him through prayer is a sign of tightening your bond with God. Brother Andreus said to strengthen our relationships with other people without the distractions that are caused by material wants and demands. We can strengthen our spiritual self by giving more time with the Lord, I mean, the Lord only wants an hour in mass and a minute or two in prayer. We should give ourselves freedom in life and also control in our wants and demands. We should focus on what is happening today rather than worrying what is to come.

2. An experience of mine where I felt God's grace was when I was feeling lonely. It was just a day after my grandmother's passing, I felt alone and depressed, but there, all I did to cheer me up was when I counted my blessings, there I realized that I should not be sad because of it, but happy because she is in a better place now. There I also realized how God was so nice to me that He let me remember to take assurance of the good in the bad. That is when I truly felt His grace.

3. I realized that I have been blinded by all of my demands and apprehensions that I feel. I realized that in order to really generalize love in God, I had to detach myself to my concerns and ill-feelings to truly devote myself and serve God as his child. We should stop trying to win God’s love because he gives it freely and unconditionally to every one of us even if we are sinners. You must open yourself for God to love you. God loves us so much that he created us that he took the risk in giving us free will that he keeps saving us.

2. Every day as I wake up, I feel God’s grace. I am happy that I am alive I have another day to spend with my loved ones and witness the goodness of our Lord. Years ago my life was threatened when a burglar had broken into our house and pointed a gun at my head. I could have died at any moment the bad guy lost control. But God didn't let it happen. I believe He protected me and my family throughout that scenario. After the trauma, my sister and I had been taken to counseling where I was able to open my eyes to the fact that God was with me throughout that experience. Now every morning I am always happy because I am grateful to God for my life and my family.

3. After the recollection my view of God's love and grace widened. Brother Andreus's sharing made me realize, that God works in ways we cannot comprehend. We just need to trust and have faith even if times are hard, and God seems too distant, and cannot hear our cries. We need to open our hearts so God can enter and fill us with love and grace.

I was very worried about my father. Every night I always pray to God to keep my father safe and heal him from his Illness. After a few while we're calling our dad, he told us he had good news. He told us their second test came out and his tested negative, I was very happy when I heard that he is now safe from the virus. At the same night while praying I thank God that he grant my prayer. - In order to strengthen my spiritual system I must have strong faith for Him. I know that His will be done. I can strengthen my faith trough praying not just when I’m in need but generally in my everyday life. Through prayers, I get to communicate with Him resulting to an even closer relationship with Him. Share some of your experiences wherein you feel God's grace.

- At all times, I feel like God’s arms are wrapped around me. I feel this unconditional comfort that nothing nor no one can replace. The moment I rise from bed, I always feel like He’s around me to raise me up and with that, I always utter the words, “Thank you Lord.”  Especially at my lowest times, He is the one who keeps me strong and motivates me to Go. At times when I tend to be an irresponsible daughter, it’s like He gives me realizations, He taps my shoulder and would remind me that the things I do are wrong. He is the consistent One who will always be by my side eternally.


What are your realizations/insights after the Lenten Recollection?

- I realized that God is our best healer. No other medicine or anything can replace His care for us. Also, I want to learn about Him for the rest of my life and share His life to the future generations. Bro.’s sharings make me go back to the quote, “Everything is possible with Him.” This is indeed a very simple but strong statement. With my sustained faith for Him, nothing is impossible. God loves us no matter what sins we’ve done. His undying and eternal love for us carries on and will never fade. God is indeed beyond Good.

I am always happy to start another day with the life He has given me. Every day, He gives me the strength to do anything and the passion to accomplish my goals. Why am I happy to wake up? It's because I have more time to fulfill my destiny, and to reach my goals. I always think of my family whenever I have hardships and I and very thankful that He has given me a very welcoming family. I know that through the family he gave me, I can be closer with God because when he created us humans, it was through His image so I treat other people on how I want to be treated. 

3. My realizations after the Lenten Recollection is that sometimes I can be blinded with anger and damage/hurt those who are around me. I should also never compare myself to other people, it also made me realize that through God I can find my true happiness. I should also never grow distant from my loved ones, this recollection told me to equally spend time with my love ones and to balance my time when it comes to requirements and friends and family bonding. I also know now that all the kilig, happy, sorrow, and anger moments are also one of the journeys that God has given me. 3. I realized that God is better than I thought. God can forgive you how much your sins are. May it be a small sin or a big sin he will still forgive you because he loves you so much. It is important to spend time with God same goes to the people around you like your mom, dad, sister, brother and others. In the midst of a pandemic, vaccines are the only option to keep us safe and physically immune, but not spiritually. Based on Bro. Andreu's sharings, allowing me to dwell with God as a strategy to develop my spiritual immune system, tightened the relationship between us. Similar to what Bro. Andreus told us, that we should never try to win God's love because He has already given us His love, freely and unconditionally. Talking to God is already a means for us to demonstrate our concern and love for Him. Focusing more on relationships without being distracted is also an indication of a tightening link. I also pray to speak with the Lord, letting Him know what is on my mind. "Communication is the key to a relationship," as the phrase goes. Communicating with others not only strengthens the contact but also helps you to explain to someone else what you are going through and what your needs are. The act of speaking not only aids in meeting your wants, but also aids in keeping you linked in your relationship.

2. A year ago, my mother, little sister, and cousins were on their way to Tagaytay City to have fun and fix some personal issues when we slammed into a bridge due to a truck being in the way. I had no idea why we had crashed into a bridge, but it had traumatized me. I was convinced I wouldn't live, but God had other plans. Because of the air bag, everyone in the vehicle was safe. We got out of the car safely, but I was still stunned and terrified by what had just occurred. I was crying with my cousins because we were terrified and felt it would never happen. I became uneasy because others were photographing us and not assisting us; I wanted to tell them to stop filming us and invading our privacy, but I didn't have the courage to do so because of what had unfolded. When my mother arrived, she noticed that I had a minor injury near my eye and fetched my other cousins to take me to the hospital. It wasn't life-threatening, but it stunned me because I didn't feel my injuries after crashing through the bridge because I covered myself to protect myself and my younger sister, who was near me. I didn't have surgery and instead just patched up the wound. I was terrified because the injury was close to my eye, but I was also relieved that it did not touch my eye and become serious. When I was released from the hospital and returned home, I rushed straight to my sister, who was waiting for us, and hugged her tightly while crying. I informed her what had happened and then went to clean myself. After a while, I sensed God with me. It compelled me to pray in order to speak with Him. Even though I can't see Him in person, I sensed His grace. I praised Him for saving me and sparing me from any major injuries, as I was the only one who had one. I prayed and thanked Him for keeping me alive, and I adore Him for saving me. I know God is keeping an eye on me and comforting me with His grace and love. After that, my injury was able to heal, and I was finally able to move on, even if part of the trauma remained with me.

3. During the Lenten Recollection, I realized how my perspective on God's love and concern has broadened. I learned how God works in ways we don't understand thanks to Brother Andreus' sharings. I knew that in order to spread God's love, I needed to reciprocate what I had received. We just must trust and love our Father, even when we face adversity. 2. I feel God's grace when I woke up this morning, Because God wake me up this morning for a reason. I also can feel God's grace when we eat, Because I know some people cant eat 3x a day but God bless us and guided us to have food everyday and be healthy. Lastly is when me and my Family are together, Because we are not always together we barely talk and go out because almost all of us our busy always. But we find time to eat, laugh and play with each other and I know that is a blessing from God. 
3. I realized that God is always there for us. Even though we ignore him, he is always present. God is always with us, guiding and loving us. I've also come to realize that God is really good. Even when we face difficulties in life, especially when we are in the midst of a crisis, God is always there to listen and stand by our side. We must love God with all of our hearts and hope that one day God will bless us beyond our wildest dreams.

Vaccines is just like God because if you were vaccinated you were safe on viruses, and if you were with God, your faith with God is strong then God is like the vaccine on your life. And when we are happy we also pray and thank God because he made that day special and memorable. We should be more grateful to God because of all the blessing that we had receive from Him. Joining masses can make our "Spiritual (Immune) System" can be more strengthen, listening and reading gospels can make also our sytem build up.


2. The God's grace that I feel is when I always wake up everyday I always thank God. When he gifted me complete figure so that I can do all the things tha I want specially sports. I especially feel His grace when He guided me to the worst days that was given to me. I feel Him guiding me to the correct way, and never leave my side. Especially on my lowest days, He is one of the things or person that keeps me in inspire and hefty.


3. I realize that He is the only best medicine to us. No one will understand us except Him, even if we turn the world upside down, He was the only one that will understand us. He is the best curer. I realize that He is one that really care for us, He loves us no matter what wrongdoings we have done. His love will never end and gone. It is true that "God is good all the time."
