Thanks to EY coaching for the detailed explanations and analysis of our problems. I would also like to thank them for their patient for our questions and answers, especially on some easily misunderstood concepts. Our group director also gave us a lot of detailed tips on client meeting, and warmly asked us not to hesitate to practice her if we needed help. The coaching from mentors has greatly benefited me. What impressed me the most was that the mentor's feedback was very useful when guiding us in preparing the questions, such as logical questioning and clearer expression. Thank you to all the mentors for your time and dedication. The content you prepared was very thorough and gave us a more comprehensive understanding of the consulting profession. The skills we learned will also help us avoid many pitfalls when interacting with clients in the future. We are especially grateful to Asim and William, the mentors who directly guided our Group 5. The consulting coaching session was incredibly beneficial and insightful. The coach's expertise and practical knowledge provided us with a clear understanding of complex concepts, making the theories we learned in class more relatable and applicable to real-world scenarios. We appreciated the interactive approach, which encouraged us to actively participate and ask questions, fostering a collaborative learning environment. The breakout room sessions and group discussions were particularly helpful in reinforcing our understanding and enhancing our critical thinking skills. However, we felt that some areas could be improved, such as time management to ensure all topics are thoroughly covered. Additionally, a few more case studies or examples from the industry would have been advantageous in deepening our comprehension. Overall, the session was highly engaging and educational, and we look forward to more opportunities for such valuable interactions in the future.

Thank you to EY consulting team for organizing a very useful session to help us with our consulting skills, and thanks to Mr. Luke for advising our group on consulting and answering every question in great detail. Mr. Luke has a lot of experience in consulting, and he told us some tips to help us improve the quality of communication with our clients. For example, considering the cultural background of the client and starting the conversation with small talk for Australian clients can help us to get closer to the client. As well as to be very careful to ask sensitive questions such as income. This is very helpful for our meetings with clients.
