         <description><![CDATA[<p>Here are some things to know:</p><ol><li><p>The CCCCO selects the metric and Goal #1 and Goal #2.</p></li><li><p>The plan asks us to generate three key strategies to improve the outcomes for our disproportionality impacted groups. We can include more strategies, but we would like to be strategic and sustainable with the plan. So, while we may be limited in what is included in the plan that does not prevent us from including the work by the college.  </p></li><li><p>Because this work is recorded here, it can help to inform the institution more broadly and we will retain all ideas not only what was part of the plan. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

Ideas could be including into mid semester alerts verbiage about MSI to students that this could be relevant to.
