         <description><![CDATA[<div>An effective learner is somebody that is ready and pumped up to learn something. Being an effective learner means to have effective strategies in order to actually become one.&nbsp;<br><br>Here are 10 strategies of how to become an effective learner:<br>1) Showing up to school a couple minutes early.<br>2) It is important to eat breakfast in the morning or you will not be able to concentrate.&nbsp;<br>3) Effective learners raise their hand when they answer questions/ has something to ask the teacher.<br>4) When you are engaged in your activity and what is happening.<br>5) Being a good student is getting questions right, but also not throwing a personal party.<br>6) Listening to your teacher/ who is speaking.<br>7) Following the rules helps you become more effective.<br>8) Using an inside voice when speaking so you don't disturb anyone around you.&nbsp;<br>9) Staying focused.<br>10) Having a calm mindset and not letting other people bringing you down.<br><br>These are 10 effective strategies that allow yourself to be an effective learner wherever you are!<br><br></div>]]></description>
