- this Spa are open everyday except Sunday from 10a.m to 8p.m but this Spa will also be closed e are problem that can't be avoid.

- This Spa also had the second branch which is located at Ipoh, Perak and had been run just a few month before.

- this spa also produced some product in the beauty market and being sold around the Malaysia.

- this spa also get an invitation to make a programme at the other place like from the uniform sector, school and also from the community

- They had been asked to share their knowledge on how to maintain or taking care of our body

- The program or slot that been used are also give an advantage for them to make a demostration on how they do the treatment at the Spa.

 

2. Discuss on the factor that influenced the citizen to avoid Spa

- Even tough this Spa had been operated for more than 3 years, the community or the citizen here not fully know about their existence. 

- There are also citizen had known about this Spa but never come to this Spa because they are worried about the cost.

- There are also citizen that more tend to use the unregistered product at the black market to cure their skin problem but it can be worst in the future without they know it.

 

3. Find a solution to promote the Spa

- we can continued the programme that had been done before this but do it more frequently like once or two times per month at the private or government place.

- We do not have to wait for their invitation but we must to start first by approach them and asked for their times to give an explanation about beauty and health in the same time introduce our Spa.

- We can also distribute the flyers to the citizen in at the night market in this area because the citizen here also love to go to the night market to find the groceries and food.

- in order to create awareness among the citizen in pengkalan hulu the importance of taking care of their beauty and their skin we want to make a program for them

- The program that we want to make are targeting the teachers as the audience because we know that not all of them know the step or technique to treat their skin.

- We are going to run the programme at the shool in pengkalan hulu area and make it in the working day

 

2. Discuss the suitable topic for the programme

- there are many part of the body that we must to treat but every of them have the difference technique that we could use

- In order to use the max time that we had for the programme, we need to consider all the factor and sources that we had.

 

3. Choose the suitable time and day

- as we know teachers are busy with their job to teach the student so it is hard to find the suitable time for them to assembles together. 

- We are also to avoid from choosing the wrong time because it may be the factor the audience do not concentrate with our program

1.    The method of marketing the product

-    Madam afizan had spent her time for me to explain in the details what is the method that we can use in order to market our product.

-    It is because we can do it online and offline method.

-    For online, we can use our social media to promote the product or spa by using the Facebook or Instagram apps.

-    But for offline we can do a survey by using the face to face method. We might also doing the questionaires to collect the data about their desire on cosmetic product that they use in order to maintain their beauty . 

 

2. We must to be prepared for anything we want to do

-    it is because we must have an enough knowledge about the product or something that we want to deliver to customer.

-    We will gain our confident to present if we had known the function and advantage of the product

-    We must to use the formula why, who , where, what, when and how to support our presentation.

-    read the ingredient and benefit of the product at the packaging and try to keep it in mind

-    Refer to the staff or the owner if i'm not familiar with some of the term use in the product like pigmentation.

-    there are 3@4 type of packaging for some of their product. 

-    For example, "minyak warisan abah" have four type of packaging which for 60 ml and 120ml with the difference price for Rm30 and Rm35.90.

1.    Know the customer segment and our target customer

-    before we start to promote our spa's product, we must to know who is our targeted customer because it can easier our job to deliver the information to them because they have the desire to hear from us.

-    For example, "minyak warisan abah" is suitable for the people who had "Resdung" , so we need to promote the product to the people who have the illness of "Resdung" not the people who have the diabetes. 

-    They will be more focus to hear it from us if we are sharing the information to cure their illness that they are suffered.

 

2. Go to he pharmacies to introduce the product 

-    i choose the pharmacies first because the patient mostly will find the medicine for their illness at the pharmacies and if we can get the attention of the staff here when promote our product they might suggest our product also to the patient who search the medicine here.

-    Most of them are familiar with Iman Touch Beauty, the owner also but in the same time they don't know the existence of their product. 

-    So it is the good opportunity for me to introduce to the staff on the product produce from this Spa.

1.    Practice on how to deliver the information and be prepared for any questions 

-    i had practice on how to present the product to the staff and the question that they might answer

-    Maybe it is not similar with the real situation but people said, "practice make perfect" right, so the preparation are the importance things that we might had i think.

-    We must standby with the correct answer to question come from the customer.

 

2. Pick people who jog around "Tasek Takong" 

-    in the evening, i go to the playground to have a conversation with the citizen here while they are watching their kids playing here.

-    I'm focusing on women that seem to suffered with the joint paint because of age factor

-    It is because today i still want to promote the "minyak warisan Abah", it is because the price are affordable and they have a lot of function and benefit with the ingredient that are rare to find.

-    it can boost my confident level when i'm facing many type of people here

-    I can detect my weakness that i need to throw out

-    I can know more about this place also while have a conversation with the citizen.
