We pasted the ones we liked into the doc we shared. Through the pictures we generated ideas for decor including beads, tall white feathers and glass.   • Talk with Ms.Mann and come up with twenties inspired meal and cost
  • Pitch Susanna’s ideas to Mr.Mann (Chef Dale) and see what’s realistic within the budget-- BUDGET??
  • Create a menu board
    • After talking to Ms.Mann about the budget, we found it it was up to us to determine the cost of the food and then plan the ticket price for that. Keeping that in mind, we went forward and, using Susanna's pics for inspiration, created our first menu. 

    Appetizer:
    Mandarin orange, with other fruits salad with a balsamic vinegar dressing 

    Main:
    Glazed chicken with a side of vegetables and roasted garlic potatoes 

    Dessert:
    Caramel cheesecake
