Being an educational leader in pre-k all the way up to 12th grade has the same educational background as a preschool teacher through a middle/high school level of teaching. They primarily focus on working with a educational leadership professional, working as principals or assistant principals, instructional coordinators, academic deans, and directors of preschools through 12th grade education.

I get to learn with my kids! As a current preschool teacher I can proudly say my students teach me something new everyday as I guide them to grow into a better version of themselves.

I learned that stepping into a complex future in a field of teaching comes with the most vital skills for a student to thrive, learn, grow, survive, and adapt. Often times parents and students alike would never have guessed that being an educator comes with the art of guiding a new world of growing the future after us. It often comes with it's share of struggles and fights to incorporate interdisciplinary works that accommodate to all sorts of students of different backgrounds, learning types, etc.

After watching the video of my future careers and professions, I realized that I could never see myself being anymore than a director of a pre-k into maybe kindergarten level. I noticed that as each generation gets older it becomes more difficult to help shade the way children develop. But if I start at a younger age group, the chances of shaping the minds of a child develop better than it would re-shaping them as they get older.

In the end, I realize that doing this activity has widen my perspective and deepened my passion for growing the minds of my current and future students. My career choice was always something I found a strong devotion too and I hope later down the line I am able to encourage others to join my profession and help these children bloom into a better version of their little selves.

Kids are unique in so many different ways. They teach me more than I get to teach myself. I notice the value of a child's development and how they learn based on different learning styles. They often show off their abilities and creativity.
