My name is Jasmine Grace S. Hocamis. I am 17 years old and my birthday is on November 09, 2007. With regards to my birthday, I am eager to share that I'll be turning 18 this year! I am from General Santos City and I only went here to Davao for my studies. Currently, I am enrolled in the Ateneo de Davao University Senior High School under the program of STEM Pre-Science. I am already in my senior year, Grade 12, and my section is 12-Canisius.

When I was young, I used to try different sports but I found to be passionate in Swimming. Aside from that, I fell in love with writing which made me pursue the world of Journalism. I became a news writer and a feature writer for our school publication in my Junior High. Moving on, I like to take pictures, put make-up, fix my hair, and go to coffee shops with my friends. I have always been a relational person so, I must say that I am definitely a believer of "No man is an island".

Greetings of love!

As you read this letter, breathe out all your preoccupied thoughts and take space for what you are about to read. Throughout the years, you have been intensely shaped to become who you are today. These challenges, big or small, have contributed to your well-being. At this point, you are still in your adolescence stage. This is the stage where you find yourself in a crisscross of choices, undecided which path to take. At this stage, you haven't figured out your identity, which makes you explore different things to learn from them. As they say, "experience is the best teacher". From these meaningful experiences of yours, you have learned that life is a ladder of challenges, and you just have to take it one step at a time. The pressure of academics, relationships, and life has taken a toll on you, but you conquered it all because you persevered through. That's why I am immensely proud of you!

In your adulthood stage, I hope you will walk in the path of progress and family. This stage makes you a juggler of many responsibilities in both a career and family setting. With that, I hope you ignite your heart with your love for work and also your love for family. This is the time when you share your abilities to the outside world, so always make sure to prioritize your inner self as well! It is normal to feel tired sometimes. I hope you always find the motivation to stand up and be there for yourself and other people, especially in the community where you want to serve as a medical doctor.

Now that you're almost reaching the retirement stage, I hope that you will find fulfillment in all of the things you have established, such as your career and your family. I don't want you to feel despair for regretting things that you haven't fulfilled yet. This stage is where you will see the harvest of the fruits you have planted all along. As you see your fruits, may you find enjoyment and be contented with what you have contributed to the community. Always know that you have lived a good and beautiful life, even though life gives you tangerines.
