Twice a week, each participant will prepare something positive, such as a drawing, digital art, or photo. Instead of keeping it for ourselves, we will share it with the next person in a rotation system, so everyone both gives and receives encouragement. The goal is to show that small acts of positivity can build motivation, connection, and resilience. This project is not limited to people struggling with depression but rather includes anyone who wants to take a break, express their feelings creatively, and support others. Psychologically, this project is based on Social Support Theory, which demonstrates that emotional support and positive interactions improve well-being and a sense of belonging. The rotation system ensures inclusivity, empathy, and awareness of the importance of checking in with those around us. Reminder: This is not a professional therapy session.
