         <description><![CDATA[<p>Before talking about every gender, firstly, I want women to have more opportunities in things. Although discrimination against women decreased these days, I think that equality depends on the country and the government of the country. I want all countries to treat women equally and give them their rights. </p><p><br></p><p>When I look at the politics and the government of Japan right now(for example the "Member of Parliament"), I can see that there are many more male assembly members. </p><p><br></p><p>"Although 51.7% of voters are women, the percentage of women in the House of Representatives is 10.0%, and the percentage of women in the House of Councilors is 26.0%.          <description><![CDATA[<p>One event I want to happen in my lifetime is a declaration of improvement on workplace discrimination. </p><p><br></p><p>Workplace discrimination is a problem because it is not fair to have a gender payment gap, glass ceiling and lack of representation, pregnancy discrimination, and work-life balance challenges.</p><p><br></p><p>I would be glad if there would be a declaration by the politicians. This improvement could cause more people (especially women) to work which can lead the GDP per capita to increase.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I want all genders to be treated equally. This includes LGBTQ. Equality means that they have the same opportunity to do things. This includes education, business, and marriage. I especially want the marriage between the LGBTQs(marriage between various genders) will be allowed in all the countries and that it will be a normal thing. </p><p>Japan is one of the countries that doesn't allow same-sex marriage. Japan only allows marriages between females and males. I think Japan needs to deal with this problem and improve this situation immediately. </p>]]></description>

         <title>Women Rights in Japan (After 2023)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>One event I wish would happen is women attending in Government and members of parliament, especially in Japan. </p><p><br></p><p>The government in Japan had a goal since 2003, that they want to have at least 30% of women in leadership positions. But it turned out only 9.7% are women in parliament and 9.9% are women in government, and they are both ranked 166th (out of 191 countries) which is quite low. </p><p><br></p><p>By having more women, I think the opinions wouldn't be biased just by men.  If the goal is 30%, I don't think it would be possible unless they do something a little further, because right now, we can't see the intention of making the rate higher. </p>]]></description>
