I like to send pictures of fun projects and class parties. It helps parents feel connected especially when they are not able to volunteer or come for a class party. Its a great way to communicate information to students and parents safely.

A different way I have considered using this technology is to assign a weekly vocabulary word that the student must research, find the definition, and do a project to show they know what the word means. They would then bring back the word and their project later on in the week.
