Good Morning . 
For your information, I was complete my SIEP 2 at Redzwan Beach Resort which is situated in Pantai Melawi, Bachok.
   On the first day, my friends and I having some introduce session with manager and staffs. We are required to build a good relationship with all workers in order to make it a worthy experiences. Manager also give us historical fact about the resort
    Other than that, manager also bring us to visit all facilities that belong to Redzwan Beach Resort  such as chalets,  rooms, hall, cottage, mosque, reception and many more.

   For the second day, we have being exposed on how to welcome the visitors that want to stay in the resorts. Kak Yah who is the senior worker teach us how to greet, comfort and communicate with the customers. It is not a burden for me as I always handle check-in homestay  during my SIEP 1.
In the evening, manager asked me to clean up the environment around the resort.    On the next day, I came to the resort and we have to clean 10 chalets as there are customers check-out the resort early in the morning. First of all, my friend and I been taught by Kak Yah ( senior workers ) on how to clean up the room step by step. We started cleaning the room by removing all bed sheets that have in every rooms in order to keep the quality of the services.
Next, we need to sweep and mop the floor as the room sandy that influenced by the beach sand. Then, I have to keep the toilet clean and fresh.    In the early of the morning, I started the work by sweep the rubbish and leaves around the resort. I am also have to cut the trees as there are many tree at the resort such as hibiscus, rhu trees and coconut trees. 
   after that, I have to make a preparation to welcome our guest. For the information, there will be 40 people included students and  fasilitators of  Politeknik Kota Bharu that doing   Islamic Prograamme  with MAIK. We have to serve 12 rooms for them. 
Besides, I also help Kak Yah prepared dinner and supper for the guest. My task for today was likes yesterday which is I have to prepare the foods and drinks for our guests. We came to resort as usual. For today, I have to prepare breakfast and lunch before the guests check-out .    Today, I have to clean up the chalets that have being used by students from Politeknik Kota Bharu for a few days. I have to sweep, mop floor and changing the bed sheet for next customers.    On this day, manager want me to clean the cottage  around Redzwan Beach Resort. For the information, cottage need to be clean up once a week in order to keep cleanliness of the view and comfortable of the guests. It is also important for the resort as majority of the guest having rest on the cottage while  enjoyed the view of sunset.

 Today is the ninth day doing my SIEP 2. In the morning, I have to clean up the hall.
 There are 2 units of hall that being used by the guests which is named as Dewan Dahlia and Dewan Melor. 
 Manager ask me to tidy up Dewan Dahlia. Firstly, I have to ensure all the facilities in good condition such as p.a system, screen layout, chairs and cables. Then, I sweep and mop the floor.    Today is my last day at Redzwan Beach Resort. It is a great experience through a month ago when I started work in here. 
   As it is my last day, my friend and I have to settle all the requirement in order to complete our SIEP 2. Manager give us many documents that can help us for editing videos. 
   Next, we also do some interview session in case to know history and background of the Redzwan Beach Resort.
 Last but not least, I want to thank and appreciate all the support that being given by Redzwan Beach Resort. At the same time, thanks also to Cik Sue as a manager and all workers that give me some opportunity to spend time together in tourism industry.
