We have made our own houses made from bricks, sticks and straw and practiced our cutting skills. We will be continuing with this story next week and I’ll have more exciting activities planned.

Yellow Class

We have practiced our bike skills for bike week and learnt about road safety.

We have read our story and acted it out…we loved doing this!

Some children went to The Hub cafe and ordered toast for their breakfast.

What a great week!

We had a lovely afternoon on Friday for our picnic so thank you for all the visited.

Looking forward to another fun filled week!

We have read our new story called, ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’. We had a tea party and made some tea to drink.

Our letter sound of the week has been ‘T’.. we have been exploring this sound through different messy play… we love getting messy!

We have also enjoyed our Disco tent, dancing along to some of our favourite songs and playing in the foam.

Our letter of the week in Phonics is the letter Z for Zoo, we are looking forward to our trip to Blackpool Zoo next week.

We have practiced our fine and gross motor skills and read our Dear Zoo story.

On Friday, we all went to the cafe for breakfast. We ordered some toast and a drink. Again, the children were brilliant!

We have played outside and had fun in our indoor beach! We have engaged in lots of summer activities such as sand pictures and making our own sandcastles.

We have loved working with your wonderful children this year. We have watched them grow and thrive throughout the year in Yellow Class… we will miss them all!
