My dear friend E. was really difficult to work with for a few years. He was easily agitated and misinterpreted people's intentions a lot. Then he was diagnosed with diabetes. His whole world changed, diet, exercise, paying attention to his blood sugar. He's back to his old self again and it taught me a lot about being patient and compassionate towards people.
