Keeping the answer given in the pre padlet, there is no better or worse entry mode. I would say that depending on the company’s objectives it will be better one or another. Moreover, the company’s market and the product's characteristics also have a great impact on the entry mode choice.

It is possible, and I would say that it is one of the best ways to enter a market as you can use each one depending on the needs such as objectives, investment, risk or suppliers and customers distance. The first ones are the export entry mode (100% externalized), that can be direct or indirect. The second ones are the intermediate entry modes that can be licensing, franchising or strategic alliances and JV. The third ones are the hierarchical entry modes (100% internalized) that can be through creating or acquiring a company.

No, there is not. The entry mode needs to suit with the company's objectives, taking into account the following aspects: level of risk, cost, control and flexibility.

The entry modes that have caught my attention the most are the intermediaries since although I had heard about franchises or licenses, this time I understood all four well.

I don't think that in general there is one better than another, it simply depends on the country you want to enter, there will be one better than another for that specific country taking into account the situation, the competitors...
