I would like to do my first PLC session with inexperienced teachers. To be honest, they need more help than experienced ones. This also creates an opportunity, because new teachers are more motivated and I don't have to cope with motivation things. I would probably separate the session into two or more categories. To begin with, I would start with general problems that those people have faced in terms of school facilities. Secondly, I would assist teachers, who have concerns about classroom management and want them to try to find solutions together . Regarding this issue, participants and I would discuss about what to do and how To do in the classrooms to raise awareness about the importance of learning English. To be effective, I need more experience to share, and hands on activities make the learning more concrete. So, instead of an online meeting, I would prefer a face to face meeting. However, both are okay.

The most relevant Subject about my context is about speaking activities because the main problem in classrooms is about lacking of speaking. In reality, students and teachers have few opportunities to use the target language. After a time, learning a foreign language loses its attraction and becomes boring. Differentiating a task according to learners' levels and giving them a chance of describing or miming a subject would be hilarious. I will definitely use this.

Lack of vocabulary is one of the problems that we probably face, because it is about both speaking and listening. If we don't know enough words, getting the general idea and expressing ourselves properly will be difficult. Learners should do synonym and antonym exercises to eliminate this problem. Pronunciation is another problem both for teachers and students. If teachers teach wrongly, it may clause fossilisation and communication breakdown. So, with right input, any kinds of listening source, and required repetiton, this can be solved as well.

Today, I have learnt that flipped classroom is a time-saving activity. It seems possible to use it more frequent. Regarding reading activities, I like the most banana dictation because it can help me fill the flipped lessons and make them enjoyable.

In this part, I honestly can use pictures to create a poem. Actually, many teachers already know different techniques, however; they may not use them. Emoji text is also a bright idea to make ss. think on vocabulary knowledge and writing. Of course, this is far better than creating a poem :)))

In every presentation, I noted down different online tools. Especially, in writing presentation, watching a video and commenting or writing on it seem more effective. By the way, if T. wants to detechnologised the lessons, dictogloss is another alternative to use for initiating 4 skills together.
