These goals can vary in <strong>specificity</strong> to suit the worker.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Enron focus highly on innovation at all costs, and had also set goals by giving young graduates the freedom and opportunities to start new business units. However, Enron suppressed criticisms of ill-advised new ventures and that had led to the goals that are set being challenging and unattainable as there are no feedbacks on the goal progress. This was explained by the business units done by young graduates failing.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Could create a sense of tunnel vision, narrowing or limiting creativity in the work place.<br><br>Less freedom for the employees because they would be guided by one goal and unable to see the taks or problem form a different perspective.<br><br>At times when the goal is too far streched, it could cause stress or bad behavior for employees, foe example unethical decicsions could be made and cause tension in the working envirnment.<br><br>Failure to fullfil the goal could even decrease motivation.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When considering the drawbacks, it surely does enable understanding the relational issues linked to goal-setting. Because they are generally individual and individualising goals, employers are lead to exclusively focus on their targets. If those are unreachable, or if other workers are more efficient, this leads to sabotaging acts such as those described with the traders. ''The extreme competition which was encouraged made employees unscrupulous towards and suspicious of their colleagues. Enron traders were allegedly too scared to go to the lavatory in case a co-worker used information off their computer screen to trade against them.‘’ Overly-competitive goal-setting ultimately leads to nefast and toxic relationships in the work environment.</div>]]></description>
