  • USA was independent  
  • The boundaries for America was to the Mississippi river west, Canada north, Spanish Florida south 
  • The Americans had the right to fish off the Canadian coast
  • Each side had to repay debt 
  • The British had to return any enslaved people they captured 
  • Any land that the states took from the Loyalists they had to return
