I get up at 7:00, get dressed, and go to work, I finish work at noon. Usually, I have breakfast at work. I arrive home at 12:30 pm and prepare lunch. After lunch, I take a short nap and go to the gym. Then I take a shower and go to work again from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm. I go back home, I have dinner and finally go to bed.
