I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding my stay in your hotel.

At first, I was expecting to have a great time there since I paid a large amount of money and your hotel received a lot of good reviews from other customers. These included on-suite facilities and well-trained staff. However, my experience turned out to be the complete opposite.

To start with, as soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately greeted by the unfriendly attitude of the receptionist. They also put me on wait until 4pm eventhough the checkin time was 2 hours earlier.

I am writing to express my unpleasant situation with the service i experienced at your hotel last weekend.

I was expecting to have a good time as my friends had highly recommended me your superb facilities and well-trained staff. However, things failed to live up to my expectation.

To begin with, the receptionists appeared half-hearted when we checked-in. To be more specific, she did not serve us welcome drink, which is supposed to be a must at 5-star hotels. The day was scorching hot but AC was broken as well. This was truly a big mess for me.

I would appreciate it if you could inform me if you are able to solve such problem. Apart from this, everything is good.

During my stay, I noticed the bed sheets in my room were not washed. I can easily see the visible stain with my naked eyes. Maintaining cleanliness is important for customer satisfaction. I kindly request that you investigate this matter initially to prevent such situation in the future.

I appreciate your understanding and am looking forward to hearing about this being taken to address the issue.
