         <description><![CDATA[<div>She needs to display more overlapping skills, as well as a greater amount of with-it-ness. She also needs to work more on preventing boredom. Since the period was fixed for that class, she should have established a routine that was suitable for the time of day and the associated energy level of the class.<br><br>Meaningful, challenging and varied activities such as group work or watching videos, having quizzes or even playing games that minimise the amount of frontal teaching will be appreciated by her class.&nbsp;<br><br>In terms of the proactive intervention skills, she should address the issues of disengagement in her class, possibly by asking students for input on what they would like to see on Friday afternoons. The students who were misbehaving or displayed disinterest could be woken up and re-energised such as by washing their face or standing up to stretch.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
