To be completely honest, violence can only ever be justified if what is being fought for is coherent with my own views if I am left to judge the morality of an action (or not be justified at all). In most cases, violence is evidently never the answer and more peaceful alternatives should always be considered before taking that route (this still does not mean that the violence is justified). In conclusion, violence cannot be justified, but I will try by best to defend it if the violence was done to fight for something I, myself, believe in.

The only justifiable form of violence(in my opinion) is self defense or a form of war. You can't just kill somebody because they have a different opinion or political view than you. Social goals also wouldn't be a reason to get violent. Starting parades and other forms of large groups trying to convince others in a peaceful way rather than resorting to violence would be best for you and others.

Violence that needs to happen to break tension is quite justifiable. But violence happening where it doesn't need to be is just not very smart. For example, in the Civil war violence needs to happen to correct our wrong way of life using slaves. In ww2 even though we bombed imperial japan there was no doubt we were in the right because they were going to commit worse atrocities if we did not.

I believe that violence is necessary in some cases to reach their goal or to even be recognized as something within this society. In most cases, rallies and protests that are entirely peaceful don't get much public recognition. Other protests, however, that end up in violence (either from the government's side or from the protester's side) end up blowing up on the media. Therefore, while I don't condone violence I think to actually push for societal change, violence is almost always necessary.

No, I don't think that violence can ever be justified in the pursuit of political goals if it is against other humans or animals. If violence is used to destroy land and or territory, then it can be justified in some ways, since sometimes it is necessary to use violence to voice your opinion.

I think violence cannot be justified, unless it is in self defense. No matter the situation, there will always be people who appose it and people who justify it, but it usually depends on which side a person is on. A peaceful way is always the most logical thing to do, but if there is oppression or threats against someone than there us usually no other choice.

Sometimes its hopeless to do protests and thats when the use of violence helps them because they have no other choice.

Personally, I believe that in the in the act of violence political goals, social goals, economic goals can be met and through violence all parties can come to a compromise or consensus. For example, the invasion of Ukraine by Russia is an attempt by Russia to gain more power, fighting back war with another unit (Ukraine) can help regain peace and at some point will stop. In almost all cases of international violence or war is met by a treaty. In turn, goals will be met. Obviously there will be biased opinions as in if you are a Russian fighter, you may think this violence is justified, but if you are on the side of Ukraine you will think the violence is barbaric and unjust.

I think that the line can be drawn when violence is causing chaos or causing other issues.
