When you have no love in your life, then what do you have. There is no support, care, or anything that people need such as love to give them a reason to keep going in life. Without love you don't have much in life, this is why Morrie states that love is the most important quality to acquire in life.

If you want to be able to make it past hard times and slumps then you need to be able to accept that it has happened and there is nothing that you can further do about it. I like to look back on my mistakes and review, understanding what I can do better next time so that I play better. This photo is an example of not denying the past.

Sometimes I feel like I take my brother for granted, meaning I don't always talk to him or spend as much time with him as I should. I assume he is just there and don't always realized that he is a part of our family and should be included. After hearing this quote I will try to improve spending time with him.

What parts of your life show Morris's wisdom?

One part of my life that I feel my life shows Morrie's wisdom is where he mentions about reveling in who you are and what you do. I fell like I do a good job at resembling this idea that Morrie talks about because I am good at expressing my true self, especially when it come to what I like to do because it is different that what most people enjoy. For instance is I like fishing, bow fishing, and golf. I like showing these things on the outside, almost as if it is part of my personality. This is an example of how I show Morrie's wisdom in my life.

What parts of your life would you like to improve and start living by Morrie’s wisdom?

He often notes how we take many things for granted and after reading this book and analyzing his quotes I have realized that I would start to like to implant some of his ideas into my life. Primarily the idea that we take things for granted, even though we know we shouldn't. I think that this is an important element to focus on, because as he mentions you never know when it might be you last opportunity so make the most of every moment. Secondly is to make sure that you are chasing the right things and not just filling your life with busy work. He mentions this because he sees how people just walk around with no meaning and aren't chasing the right things in life. I like to acknowledge this quote to help me regain focus and dial into the right things in life that will help me succeed in the future and set me up for success. These are a few examples of how Morrie's quotes have influenced my perspective.
