Creative learning emphasizes the subjectivity of learners, advocates learning to learn, attaches importance to learning strategies, and learners are good at novel, flexible and effective learning methods.

Encourage children to be polite and proactive in socializing, carry out a variety of educational activities, give children opportunities to choose and participate, give specific praise and affirmation, set reasonable goals, and provide a platform for children to show their talents.

Create a rich and diverse learning method for young children, rather than a single boring one

Respecting children can significantly improve educational outcomes. When teachers treat children with respect, children will feel noticed and recognized, and thus more willing to participate and learn.

Equality of speech. Teachers should avoid being superior and using their authority to command children. Instead, they should use polite language like children, such as hello and thank you. Equality of height. Since teachers are taller than children, they should squat down when talking to children, so that their eyes are level with the children, which will make children feel safe and comfortable.

Teamwork can provide young children with a richer and more comprehensive educational experience, and can also promote the continuous improvement of teachers' professional skills.

We should have the spirit of mutual help. You are not an independent individual at work, so everyone should help each other instead of being petty.

Encouraging them with what they share by asking questions to further extend their creativity. Compliment them even if what they share does not look as what you expect so as to not dampen their spirit and allow them to continue exploring and increase their sense of creativity.

I also encourage children to work together in certain lessons like sorting. Though I have to keep reinforcing, they have to communicate, discuss how they want to do the activity and listen to each other. I ensure the groups are not always the same so they also learn to work with different classmates. This also helps to build their social skills.

Support their families: by fostering partnership to provide support and resources.

Address individual needs: recognise that every child is unique. Provide individualized program, learning experiences and support to meet their specific needs.
