Rapid grow of the digital media user drive the government to follow public interests. Even though conventional media still dependable to attract the public attention, but the government should anticipate the increasing number as well as the quality of private media by taking some actions. One that is already implemented is by using social media.  In a various level of government, Indonesia is one of many countries in the world who take benefit from this platform. From Regent until a Head of State, social media has become a new way to deliver policies. The question then appears, would social media will be more efficient compared to traditional media for government in the dissemination of public information?
