whenever adolescents are having a heated moment with a teacher they can be told to take breaks, this break can be taken in quiet counseling space then lecturers can talk through issues or allow them time to regulate by themselves.

Another option having mediation with the student, teacher and a counselor to hear both sides out and brainstorm a plan together.

Talking with the student about how to react when they're feeling escalated and appropriate and not appropriate ways to interact with others when they're in that agitated space

Because we did our survey and interviews on mental health and schoolwork we could "create" a program or something to help students alleviate stress related to school. This could be limiting the amount of homework per class, and the number of days students are allowed homework, or only allowing homework on certain days. The second and third might only work for a high school where everyone is on the same schedule.

This video explains how stress affects the brain. We could do something that informs students and teachers of this. This could be step one in trying to reduce the amount of schoolwork if it is creating stress which results in physical impacts
