         <description><![CDATA[<p>Based on the results, it said I was more of a visual learner. I agree with the results because I learn best when I can see it. If someone shows me how to do something first, I can remember what they do and use it when I'm confused. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>As a visual learner, I like to draw things out or even come up with symbols/icons to help me remember words or phrases. Especially in math, I have to write out everything and it's hard for me to just simply do it in my head.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Learning Styles</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I was surprised that auditory was second and tactile was last. I feel like it should be switched. Aside from seeing to learn, I think I also have to be hands on as well. For example, at my new job I had to shadow someone and watch how they do it first, then after a while she let me try. Her letting me do it alone made me learn it faster because I could see how to actually do it. If she had just told me, I don't think I would've caught on as quickly.</p>]]></description>
