Your planning should be decision-making. Reasons are not good enough. You seemly stated the nutrients but did not link to the factor and explain why they are important.

1) Appearance is wonderful with bright colours from the seasoning on top of the rice with the bright colours from the egg and tomato. However the chicken has the burnt colour due to the sauce. The vegetables colour and appearance is wonderful with it displaying all the vegetables beautifully while maintaining the bright colours.

2) The texure of the food is not to bad with the vegetable still maintaining the soft and crunchy flavour. The chicken is smooth and soft in the inside making it easy and wonderful to eat it. However the some parts of the chicken exterior is burnt giving it a bit of the crispy texture.

3) The bento presentation displays all the ingredients used in an eye catching way.

4) i have used the technique slice and dice, pan fry.

A strength i have used in the practical session is the way i present the food. I have displayed the food in a eye catching, simple to people and has displayed all the food in a simple yet beautiful way.

1 weakness i have showed during the practical session is how i have cooked the teriyaki chicken. I have slightly overcooked the chicken and didn't put enough sauce to give it the beautiful brown and golden colour.

1 thing i can improve on is the way i cook and plan things as this has caused me to burn the chicken and mess up the planning on how to assemble the chicken.

1) Overall Appearance: Neat and balanced carbs, protein, and veggies. The rice is separated with the chicken and veggie. Not messy.

2) Texture Of Food: The rice is fluffy but slightly oily.

The chicken's browned edges has some caramelization, outside is firm and chewy with a bit of char, while the inside is tender and juicy.

Lettuce is crunchy, and the tomatoes are juicy. The salad dressing is creamy.

3) Presentation of Bento: It displays the ingredients in a colourful and eyechatching

way.

4) 2 cooking method used :

Pan frying, raw

1 Strength: The chicken is cooked well, sauce is not burnt. And presented the food in a neat and eyechatching way.

1 Weakness: I didn't marinate the chicken well enough, although the chicken is nice and tender, the inside of the chicken did not absorb the marinate enough.

Improvement: Time management

• 1 strength is that i did it in time .

• 1 weakness is that i struggled to cook the chicken as the oil was hitting my hand the most of the time.

• 1 area i can improve in is peeling the shell off the boiled eggs.

1) Appearance: the appearance of the bento set is wonderful with vibrant colours from the vegetables especially from the cherry tomatoes and egg as well as a splash of brightness from the salmon. The appearance and coloration of the vegetables and salmon were amazing even after I broke up the salmon into smaller bits and arranged the vegetables in random, maintaining their bright and vibrant colours.

2) The texture of the food was very good as the vegetables were not too hard or soft. The eggs were cooked well and the salmon was baked to perfection. The salmon came out to be soft, and a little crispy on the outside while it melted in your mouth.

3) The presentation of the bento set was not the most appealing but was still arranged in a way such that all ingredients were seen clearly.

4) I have used multiple techniques including stir-frying, baking, scrambling, slicing as well as dicing.

1 strength: The salmon was baked beautifully, not too dry, not overcooked, just the right texture- soft, slightly crispy and delicious.

1 weakness: My time management was not the best. As I had spent most of my attention on the salmon, worried that I might have overcooked it, I ended up being the last to finish cleaning up the dishes and my area.

1 thing I can improve on is my time management. The first thing I should have done before anything else was to marinate and put my salmon into the oven and then afterwards slice and dice the vegetables while waiting for the salmon to be done instead of starting on my vegetables first.
