I think my group members have already done their best to make others feel included. They are kind and gentle to classmates. Moreover, they make the atmosphere positive and active so all of us can contribute to the group. Though we are all from East Asia, an area that may be stereotyped by someone, we have different and good characters.

毎回グループワークをする際に一部のメンバーだけが話を進めて、ほとんど発言をしないメンバーがいるので、メンバー全員が同じくらい発言するように積極的にグループワークに参加してほしい。ブレイクアウトの際は、自分は発言しないからいいやとマイクをオフにするのではなくアクティブに話し合いに参加してほしい。自分の英語は至らない部分ばかりで、伝わっているのかわからないので理解が追いつけないときは遠慮せずにわからないことを知らせてほしい。
