The solution was to reintroduce the wolves to balance the ecosystem.

Implication -

Social Factor:
After reintroducing the wolves the natural balance was restored as the beavers could make their damns, the grizzly bears could collect berries for their hibernation, etc. Though this has now created fear in tourists in Yellowstone National Park, as now wolves roam around everywhere.

Through science, we analyzed the facts and concluded that this would be the best solution. 

The factors on which I would analyze the implication of the suggested solution are social and environmental.

Social: When the wolves came back, the ecosystem was rebuilt.
Economics: When the wolves left, there was great damage to the park, many animals died and this undoubtedly hurt the economy of Yellow Stone Park.
