1-Explain the task- Me harry and Louie and Leo went on a bike ride with college
2-How did this develop your communication skills? - it helped my communication skills because together we learnt as a team to be safe on the road.
3- What went well? -I received a certificate for learning how to improve my ride a bike and use signals on the road
4- What could you improve?- I could improve by being more commanding when I speak.

What went well? - The things that went well were the way I helped people work on their technique and their timing etc.
What could I have improved on? - The things that I could improve on is to be less aggressive with more novice people as this could knock someone's confidence
