Product approach :
The product approach is more manageable for teachers to control and also very easy for students to follow. It means that teacher can have a writing class very efficiently and can even finish a writing assignment that meets the requirement.
The product approach is a mechanized and rigid teaching method. It can not cultivate students' creation.

Process approach:
The process approach is very different from the product approach. It requires higher requirements for both teachers and students. Teachers should think up many activities to help students learning so it will heavy their working load. And for some students, it seems too complicated to understand.
However , compared to the product approach, the process is a teaching method full of creativity. Students' creative ability and logical thinking ability can be improved.
