         <description><![CDATA[<div> 1. the company was founded on October 16, 1923 in Los Angeles <br>2. summer of 1930 they expanded WDE to England.<br>3. 1933 Disney made there first profit off their film Three Little Pigs </div><div>4. Since the 1980s, Disney has created and acquired corporate divisions in order to market more mature content than is typically associated with its flagship family-oriented brands. The company is known for its film studio division, The Walt Disney Studios which includes Walt Disney Pictures, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight Pictures, and Blue Sky Studios.</div><div>5. On November 11, 1991, Mattel and Disney extended the 1987 agreement, adding Pinocchio, Bambi, Dumbo, It's a Small World, and Autopia to the toy line.<br>6. In 1994, DCP ended an exclusive licensing agreement with Sears for Winnie The Pooh Three distinct product lines were created for Pooh: Disney Pooh, based on the Disney red-shirted tan bear cartoon version; 100 Acre Collection, a more upscale line for department stores and the Classic Pooh line based on the original A.A.          <description><![CDATA[<div>food products would most likely be made in the United States because we have more regulations about food other than clothing and electronics.  We would get our food products where the product is produced greatly and they have the best quality of it.  But clothing and electronics would more be over seas where it can be made cheaper and companies can make the most money off of it.  the United States also has less regulations on this.  they can also produce more of these products.  </div>]]></description>
