This kind of tool facilitates the design of engaging and interactive class presentations. Such tools allow teachers to directly attach quizzes, questions, and activities to their slides. This technique facilitates learner engagement and participation in lessons.

This will centralize important data and facilitate more accessible communication between the teachers and the parents or learners (Haleem et al., 2022). I would guide the first-year teacher on how to navigate these platforms.

Alternatively, they can use digital conferencing tools such as Zoom to communicate virtually with students or parents. I would guide them on scheduling these meetings and send links to invite the relevant parties.

My teaching aligns with the Standards for Educators by ISTE as I ensure the teachers are constantly improving their teaching practice by learning from their peers per the 2.1 Learner ISTE Standard (ISTE Standards for Educators). I would also ensure that the learners are looking for leadership opportunities to facilitate student empowerment. This alignment would be achieved by teaching them lesson delivery through technological devices. It would also be achieved through the classroom management part of the menu, which would involve them promoting a respectful and positive environment in the online classrooms. The 2.3 citizens ISTE standard would also be achieved through the classroom management session, where I would guide the teacher on how to inspire learners to be responsible in their interactions and use of digital educational platforms. I would also align with the 4th ISTE standard by guiding them to utilize collaborative software such as Google Sheets, which facilitates real-time data sharing (ISTE Standards for Educators).
