Why I’m stepping up to lead a pod:
Because I got tired of hearing myself talk in staff meetings and thought I’d try listening instead. Also, I’ve been ‘coaching’ for years... apparently without calling it that.

What I hope to role model:
A little less ‘do-as-I-say’ and a lot more ‘try-it-and-see.’ Humor, humility, and the occasional awkward silence.
