         <description><![CDATA[<div>For me, the learning disabilities most directly appeal to barrier of my own learning process is "I am my position". I always think I just have to do my part as a student or member such as only focus on completing my part in team assignment without care of others. Even I face some problem, I will solve it by my way instead of asking my teammates. <br><br>This type of learning disability really makes me lost a lot of experience and knowledge. First, I lost a chance to improve good relationship with my teammates. Second, I lost a chance to exchange knowledge with my teammates because everyone have their own learned knowledge, maybe something I don't know but my teammates knew it. I think one of the five disciplines of learning organization that I can relate to is team learning. I can discuss the homeworks and assignments with my friends and teammates, because effective teamwork lead to the result more efficient. This learning discipline will help me to be a better learner because individuals within a team is definitely learn more and faster than individuals without team. Besides, I will be open to learn from my friends and teammates. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my opinion, the learning disabilities that most directly appeal to barrier my learning process is "I am my position". I will be responsible to my job scope only and will not take the initiative to contribute helps to others. I understand that with this mindset in head, I will be missed out a lot of interesting facts and have a bigger pictures on an issue. I will have lesser chance to learn and explore new things as focusing on my own works will not be beneficial in gaining new insights. I will be reluctant to share and communicate with my teammate and lead to poor quality works.<br><br>The discipline of learning organization I think I should work on is the shared vision. I should have good communication and understanding with my team members when doing things together. By efficient communication in the group, it will have better understanding of each others and create better work. We will be able to achieve the target and produce better outcome beyond the desired target. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I realized that the learning disabilities most direct appeal to barrier my learning process is 'The fixation on events' where I only focus on the short-term solution instead of long-term. I don’t think about the overall process or what I have to complete. Instead, I focus on the short-term solution; therefore, it led to the frequent changing of my learning process. An example is that I focus on ‘what I need to complete within the given time’ instead of ‘what I need to complete with an accuracy and the correctness’ of particular things in learning. From there, I miss out the more extensive information. <br><br>So, ‘System Thinking’ is one of the disciplines of a learning organization that would improve me. System Thinking could help me to construct the overall view of the learning process; therefore, a larger picture is seen to work in a long-term solution.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think  my learning disability is that it is hard for me to work in a group. Since myself sometimes try to avoid doing task and doesn't take things seriously. It is wrong to do that to my teammates since it will affect their marks eventhough they do more work than me but because of my lack of work our mark is deducted.<br><br>Thus , what I can learn from the learning discipline is team learning. I need to learn to start thinking together with them. With this maybe I can improve my lack of team effort. Maybe with the helps of others I can increase my efficiency of doing my works at the same time I can help them with their work. Plus , I can learn great of new knowledge and experience from them. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my opinion, the learning disabilities most directly appeal to barrier of my own learning process is the "I am my position" this is because I will think that every people in one team have own task so we just need to focus on self. For example, I will good performance for my task when I assigned task in a team. This is because I will think that this is my responsible. For sure, if other people do not do like that and I need to do for them, I will feel like unfair because the job is their responsible. They should solve by themselves.<br><br>Moreover, this learning disabilities help me to think the problem. Because of this learning  disabilities, so that our team work will not good at all. For sure, assignments also will not be performed perfectly. Since I know where is the problem, I should try to communicate with team members when I experience the same case again and try to discuss with them as my learning discipline. Thus, this learning discipline will help me to maintain a good relationships with my team members and also the perform our assignments in a good way and perfectly since we have team work in the assignments.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Learning disabilities that most direct appeal to the barrier of own learning process could become from a question: "Why learn?". Everyone knows to be proactive in learning and this simple question could be solved by a lot of general answers. True be ourself to answer this question, learn for solve, which also could be a general answer or be the final answer. For this point which could have similar point as "The illusion of taking charge". The reason for having this learning disability is the result of  slack.<br><br>The solution for myself is to change the target directly to have more time to slack from complete the task. Besides that, set a bottom line which is after complete the task. Then, set the flexibility on the bottom line, such as separate the task into small pieces, take some chill after that. After, report time by time to group mate which could let them nervous and start the task early, especially received some questions which could try throw to them. Team learning could be recommended for most of the situation. So, avoid to works individual which could help to improve the efficiency of learning.<br><br>Last, not to fall too much into the application of system thinking, it could let the chance runoff.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Learning disabilities that most directly appeal to barrier if my own learning process is the parable of the boiled frog. Most of the time, I will finish my work or assignment on last minute. If there is other things that come out suddenly, I will fail to hand in the work at time.<br><br>If there is a solution for my learning disabilities, I think the solution is that I should learn and do assignment with other as a team. Team member can help you in learning and assignment. They can also push you and guide you to do assignment earlier. Learning as a team can provide deeper understanding for knowledge that we learn as we will exchange information in team learning. As a team, the assignment will better than individual assignment as more knowledge and information can exchange to create a better assignment.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The learning disabilities that is related to me was doing assignment nearly the due date. This is quite a bad habit for me since diploma. But the assignments were done before due date. What cause this is because I always follow groupmates time decide when to do the tasks, but while we do the assignment, it'll be until midnight, so it's bad for our body health too.<br>The solution for this disabilities for me or for us was we need to have a good time management when to do the task/assignments. We should discuss the topic earlier so that we're able to do the next tasks. For me, I also need to communicate with groupmates no matter who is leader or member, should communicate with each others for discussions. So that, we can perform our tasks with good performance to main the rhythm.</div>]]></description>

For example, a noise environment will make it impossible for people to concentrate on studying or doing something. Not only that, but I personally think that my mentality will also affect my study progress. For example, I cannot read when I am not in the mood, so even if I face the exam the next day but I am not in the mood the day before, I will not read. Play the game until you are in the mood to read. So many times I don't sleep and study until the next day, and then go directly to the exam.<br><br>Therefore, I support and agree with the mental model in the five learning organization.</div>]]></description>

I always think that an assignment that given by the lecturer, we should assign part for all and I only need to do my own part without discuss with my members. I always think that I only need to responsible for my own part and the job is done no matter my teammates have any problems about their part because I think that all members should have the ability to done their part and it is their fault if cannot done their part. Due to the reason, our assignment always cannot be done very well.<br><br>With this, the disciplines of learning organization that I should have is "Shared Vision". I should discuss all part of the assignment with my team members to solve all the problem together. I should always provide my opinion and compare with my team member's opinion to get a best choice and let our assignment done perfectly.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I think "I am my position" is the most critical obstacle in the learning process. I can only control my own work and cannot spend time helping others. Through this way of thinking, I know that I will miss some interesting facts and can understand the problem better. My opportunities to explore and pursue new ideas will be limited, because focusing on my work does not help me develop new insights. I don't want to communicate and interact with colleagues, which leads to low work standards.<br><br>I agree that a common vision is an organizational philosophy that I should study hard. I should be debating all facets of the task with the team members to solve the whole problem together. To get the best option and ideally complete our mission I should always give my opinion and compare it with the team members' opinions.          <description><![CDATA[In my opinion, the learning disabilities that appeal barrier if my own learning process is I dislike to learn in a group and team. This is because I always learn at my own pace. Besides that, if there are many people sitting beside me, it will make me loss of concentration to study. I also do not like to exchange knowledge with another people. I think that this will waste my time to share my knowledge because I always use my own way to understand a thing and it is hard to describe to another. I know that this will affect my learning process. 
From the five disciplines of learning organization, I think that the team learning discipline can help me to be a better learner. This is because when we learning as a team, we can ask to another people when we are facing some problems. Therefore, we do not need to waste the time by think ourselves to solve the problem. Besides that, we can exchange our knowledge and experience. Through this way, we can make our existing knowledge remember and understand more deeply.

When I saw similar wordings or situations during my learning process, I will automatically relate it with past events that I had experienced. Hence my mind will convince me to believe these are the same things thus causing me to skip through the learning process rapidly by not focusing on it to realize the differences. <br>Personal Mastery can help me to be a better learner because I need have self awareness about my own delusions in learning.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The learning disabilities most directly appeal to the barrier of my learning process is I can’t stay focused on the learning process when I am alone or in a noisy environment. For example, during this COVID-19 pandemic, we all are using online virtual learning. For most of the class, I will just sign the QR attendance then I will not focus on the class but playing the game and reading the novel. Moreover, my family member is creating a noisy environment that will affect me to feel frustrated and not paying attention during the online class.<br>I think that the discipline of a learning organization that I can solve my learning disabilities is “Team Learning”. Compared to online learning, the face to face teaching method provides me with a platform that I can ask a question or discuss with the classmate directly. My classmate and I may face the same question and we can gather the information and opinion to solve the question in a faster manner.  Apart from that, when I see my classmates are studying, this also will encourage me to study. The team learning will provide an atmosphere of learning which can help me to stay focus during my learning process<br><br></div>]]></description>

Due to the COVID-19, we are force switch to online learning. So, in my house I am alone or in a noisy environment which will make me more hard to focus. For some classes, i will just wait to sign the QR attendance and then start day-dreaming. Whenever i start to focus on the lecture then my family member will start some noise which lead me really hard to focus.<br><br>To solve my learning disabilities, i think i will choose "Team learning" as the discipline of a learning organization. when comes to face to face teaching, i found that i can be more focus because my friend/classmate is also focusing on the lecture. if any lecture part that i cannot understand i can also ask for my friends help, in the meantime it also help my friend to refresh their memories again. Team learning i think is very suitable for me as it will provide an enviroment for me to focus on my learning process</div>]]></description>

My focus range on one class is not more than 1H, if more than that my mind will start to flew away and do other things. Based on my understanding, there are "proactiveness" and "reactiveness". When faced difficult problem, I will stop waiting for others and solve the problem before the problem grow into crisis. But before that, I will just wait for my course mate to solve it first. This has become reactiveness. <br><br>To solve the learning disability, the Personal Mastery. It means that we continually clarify what is important to us and continually learn how to see the real world more clearly. This can help me to be proactive and keep on learning to continuously achieve and get the results which are important for me. Due to some bad experience before this, I realized that I dislike to do work with others. I will start to find excuses and blame my team member when something go wrong with team tasks. If not now point out my mistakes, I will not realize that.<br><br>Based on my understanding, I think the most suitable principle of learning organization for me to solve my problem is "Team Learning". After my reflection, I think the major factor that caused me do the mistakes which I mention above is because I consider my team member as rivals. Generally, rivals can become one kind of motivation to a person but I was not thinking like that. This had become a trouble to me. I should face them positively and try to make a good communication with them. By this way, no matter I or my team members can dare to be vulnerable and speak out our real thinking. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The learning disability most directly appeal to barrier of my own learning process is "The parable of boiled frog". Based on my understanding, this disability means that a person did not foresight that a small rising event could be critical in the future. It related to myself because, I learned new knowledge when the knowledge is required to the situation. For example, I only learn particular knowledge related to the assignment assigned by my lecturer. When I learned any knowledge, I did not learn the knowledge to full understanding. I will constantly learned the knowledge halfway through and when I required the knowledge again, I will learn it over again. This is very time-consuming and inefficient way of learning. <br><br>As a solution to the learning disability mentioned above, "team learning" method is ideal to solve it. When having team learning with others, we can exchange the knowledge we understood with each other. In the meanwhile, we can also ask question among the group and find the solution together. This way is more efficient and less time-consuming. Also, team members can encourage each other in the learning process and learn deeper about the knowledge.</div>]]></description>

Based on my understanding, I would like to work alone than group work. Bacause I will find someone to take responsibility when mistake taken. The situation sometimes make me confuse and start to determine in a wrong way. <br><br>For me, the solution to this problem would be keep calm and clear in every case. Also, "Team Learning" become the best way to achieve the goal of problem solving. Team learning allow me to communicate with others and that enlarge my understanding on many kinds of position when dealing with the problem.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My learning disability is the parable of the Boiled Frog.I often find myself in bad learning habits in later stages of the semester due to less motivation which by that time had already put in a tough position to get 4.0 in a particular semester.For example, in this semester, my motivation for preparing before every lecture slowly vanished and did not realise that at all which set the stage to get fewer marks in some quizzes.<br><br>I think the reason why I have this because the motivation for learning is slow to see its impact. Sometimes even with low motivation, I can get good results because have prepared for similar test questions. Hence, the argument of low motivation to study can be quickly seen from the results of the tests we take is completely false.On another aspect,the reason why I have this disability is that I think my current self-reflection process need to be improved like asking myself "Am I motivated to study?" and "what I can do to improve my motivation".<br><br>Next, Personal Mastery is the choice of learning discipline. Parable of boiling frog which in my case is low motivation to study is strongly related to personal mastery. Personal mastery is about having the ability to perceive reality correctly and also have a clear mind of what to achieve in a particular area.Hence, working on personal mastery will help me avoid the learning disability because I will often reflect on my motivation to study.
