         <description><![CDATA[<div>What evidence of these Standards did you see in the video?<br>The teacher implemented several NAEYC standards. They were used in building relationships during share time using the owl, teaching the children self control and communication skills. The choosing of centers gave the children responsibility to stay in the center of their choosing while using tools that are considered for adults teaching them safety in using the tools rather than forbidding the use of the tools<br><br>What characteristics of professional intentional teaching did you see and hear?<br><br>Several characteristics of professional intentional teaching was implemented in the video . The teacher was caring and committed showing that the teacher had a personal,positive and warm relationship with each child each time that she saw each child individually to talk about what makes rain. Being patient enough to wait for each child's response allowing the children to think for themselves.&nbsp; The teacher focused on each child and displayed an eagerness to learn.<br><br>If you are currently working with children which of these characteristics are you currently doing&nbsp;<br>I am currently working with children and use almost all of the characteristics described allowing the children to think for themselves when choosing centers and allowing them the opportunity to make good choices. <br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
