         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello. My name is Brittney, I'm so excited to take this class. I  had to <strong>Bend</strong> and <strong>Stretch </strong>myself to prepare for this class. I have been pursuing to finish my Bachelor's degree for quite some time now. When it came time to sign up for my classes I <strong>Leaped </strong>with enthusiasm to do so. I took a break after the birth of my second child but now that the break is over it's <strong>Show Time</strong>. I have only taken one other class so far since I started back to school. It was business statics and I received a final grade of a B! I <strong>Twirled </strong>with happiness and it gave me the confidence I know I will need succeed in this class and the ones to come.</div>]]></description>

The other half did not show up but if you click the picture it shows what a true leader does, which is to help its employees and work together to get to a common goal. A boss just spits out orders without thinking about the bigger picture if you help your employees your employees will work hard for you.</div>]]></description>
