If they happen to actually be real we probably would never find out. There is no current way to observe ghosts with the technology we currently have. I see where they are coming from, but I disagree. Even if they can be found on earth we still do not know how to find out if they are real. Despite the fact that belief has not proven to be true, many people seem to look at it as a fact. If we were to use the bible and god as an example, there are many people that see the bible as a fact even though there is still no absolute evidence of god being real. Unlike a belief though, theories can be proven to be true or false. Scientific theories are what scientists believe to be the cause of something. Scientists have many theories on how humans can to exist, but despite being able to test some of them, they are not able to figure out for sure and get a definite solution to their question. You can never prove a belief but you can prove a theory."
