- School of continuing ed: in order to get students back, phone calls have been made that we have lost.  Hired a marketing company, where the school obtains a lead list and students on this list receive a call back.                                    
- Partner with credit (nursing) nurse care health prep class.  This helps students to achieve their academic outcome          - Laptop loan program.  Getting input from students is critical so Mt. Sac can respond adequately to the needs.  
- A Basic Needs Coordinator has been hired.  Cal Fresh Ambassadors have been hired also.  
- SOS (Student online support), helpdesk for students to get any form of support.  For example, how do I log into Canvas? how do I upload my vaccination card?

- We often people for short periods for time for outreach, short term temporary position, yet this is not a short term temporary need.  The question to ask, once this position ends is who is now going to pick this up? 
- There is not a simple way for students to provide general feedback on any aspect of the college, specifically as it pertains to their needs. (e.g. online suggestion box). 
- Noncredit students do not have the same access to resources like credit students do.  For example student clubs, and health services too.  This is one gap we need to acknowledge.  
- We need to recognize the diversity of the college. For example, the times we offer tutoring do not accomodate working adults.
